What is the Taupe Beige Cutlery Pocket — Cotton Cutlery Holder made of?

Natural cotton, chosen for weight and wash durability rather than price. Every piece is cut and sewn by hand in our own workshop in small batches, so seams, hems and ties are finished individually rather than run off a production line.

How do I wash and care for it?

Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C, then air dry to protect the natural fibres and any lace trim. Iron while slightly damp for a crisp finish. Cotton may shrink very slightly on the first wash, which is normal and allowed for in the pattern.

How much is shipping and how long does it take?

Worldwide shipping is a flat $24 per order, however many items you buy. Delivery usually takes 14–21 days, because each order is made and finished by hand before it ships.

Can I order several for a café, studio or as gifts?

Two styles

Solid — plain taupe beige. Uncoated cotton: it absorbs liquid like any cotton cloth.
Floral centre — plain top with a printed lower panel of white daisies and green leaves. The water-repellent coating is on this printed panel only, so spills bead up instead of soaking in.

Care

Gentle machine wash in cool water. Air dry flat. Iron on low heat from the reverse.

Cut and sewn by hand in our workshop, so small differences between pieces are normal — that is how you know a person made it.
